Since our products’ fragily is too sensitive and they are frozen items that need to be shipped and dispatched with care, we do not have any return policy. However, our return policy lasts within the timeframe between order placing and order dispatch. once the order is dispatched, the amount is non-refundable. In case of failed/late delivery, the delivery charges may be exempted.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items before dispatching. Once the items are dispathced, they cannot be exchanged or replaced.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it will be non-refundable over return.
Failed/Late Delivery
In case of Failed/Late Delivery, the delivery charges may be exempted from the total amount of your order.
